I’ve never heard of these books before but I’m always trying to learn more and make things better – thanks WP Security Lock for sharing!
Alaina Frederick says
Can I just say now that I’ve checked out the table of contents how much I want each of these!!! In the WP 3 Cookbook I’m loving chapter 9. I’m always trying to find out how to do better backups and what to do with them and what to do when things do go wrong.
Christine says
These look great… I’d like BOTH of them! 🙂
Christine says
The cookbook looks like the best fit for me! 🙂 thanks for doing this, Regina!
Paul B. Taubman, II says
These are 2 great books that are on my list to purchase/read!
I love your spirit of teamwork and giving, Regina! Thanks for everything that you do!
Be Well.
Paul.
Peter says
I need all the help I can get, so either one of these books would provide a good resource for my IM resource library.
Jim Belden says
Always looking for ways to improve my blog. These books look like they may have some great information.
Dr. MaryJo Wagner says
Either one of these books would help a bunch. They’re both on my list! Thanks, Regina, for all you do and for having this great contest.
Kim says
Awesome contest. I like the fact that the books deal with the latest and greatest WP versions and help folks use WP for business in creative ways. That publisher puts out some great books.
Kim Smith says
Wow! These books look wonderful! Sad that I didn’t make it to NAMS for more chances to win! The WP3 Cookbook would be a great help as I’m developing client sites and WP3 for Beginning Bloggers would be helpful as I teach my beginner clients how to blog. If choosing, I’d pick the Cookbook, but they both look awesome! Blessings, Regina!
Brandi Harrigan says
Oh dear, I am not finding the +1 directions you speak of. Where are they? I’d like to participate. I could absolutely use either and/or both of these fabulous books.
Angie Newton says
Brandi, if you look in the post, you should see the Rafflecopter giveaway form and +1 button is right in that. It’s next to where it says Leave A Blog Post Comment. Hope this helps.
Matt S says
Both of these look great!
Heather says
Very interested in the SEO tips as well as the security advice in the Cookbook. Would also like to improve the speed of my site – At random times the site can be very slow, especially when I am working in the admin panel.
Brandi Harrigan says
@Heather, have you checked to make sure everything is kosher with your hosting server?
Heather says
Brandi – Thanks for the tip. No I hadn’t really looked into that – our server is a company that was established well before WordPress became popular – and not a thing has changed with their service / website layout in the past few years. Do you have a suggestion for a solid wp-friendly hosting server?
Brandi Harrigan says
sweet. I figured it out. I was on my phone before 😉 I’m excited. The wheels have been turning in the back of my mind at the possibilities that having these two books at my fingertips could open. Ahh, the frustration of having something to say but having to do the whole freakin thing by myself at least to start…. webmaster, designer, content writer, photographer, social media manager, internet marketer, visionary, revolutionary, etc… Books are such beautiful creations 🙂 Open such doors.
Paul B. Taubman, II says
These would give me some great ideas on what to write about on my blog! I am always looking for ideas.
Be Well.
Paul.
