Which web hosting plan do I recommend?

The best hosting would be a dedicated server. My second choice would be VPS hosting.

For shared hosting, HostGator has 3 plans available: Hatchling, Baby and Business. My recommendation is to go with HostGator’s Baby Plan so that you can get a dedicated IP address for only $2/month. If you want to utilize a private SSL, dedicated IP, and get a free toll-free number, I'd recommend their Business Plan.
